RANGE LOCATION: Elite K-9 / Intersection of 1241 and U.S. 45. Take exit No. 7 off I24, US 45 exit, go south. The Elite K-9 / JPR&PC range is approximately 6 miles south of I24 at the intersection of 1241 and US 45. Use 1241/Wise Church Road to enter the range.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to the shooting public.
ENTRY FEE: Adults $10, Juniors $5. Advance entry is not required, relays begin at 9AM. Competitors traveling from outside Paducah are encouraged to e-mail or call to ensure a shooting point for first relay and range condition in the event of excessive rain.
ENTRIES CLOSE: Entries will cease at 10:30 the day of the match.
SQUADDING: All matches will be squadded at the time of registration. Matches will normally consist of one morning relay and an additional relay if necessary. Each relay is limited to 18 shooters.
RULES: Open Bolt Indicator inserted in rifle at all times once removed from case and not commanded to load. Competition Rules for CMP Games Rifle and Pistol Matches shall govern. A plug type scoring gage will be used for scoring disputes.
RIFLE: O-Class, T-Class, TU Class (Tactical Unlimited) - Limitations: 7.5 pound max weight, scope set at 6x max magnification.
AMMUNITION: Any 22 rimfire ammunition.
CHALLENGE: No challenge fee will be charged. Scores will be corrected, higher or lower, as the challenge jury determines.
CONDITIONS: Individual matches only, (No team matches). Range capacity is limited to 18 shooters per relay and advance entries will be given preference. Firing will commence at 9:00 for the morning relay and approximately 10:30 if a second relay is required.
SCHEDULE: CMP Rimfire Sporter Rifle Course will be utilized, 40 shots for record at 50 yards, 20 shots for record at 25 yards.
Sighting Shots at 50 yards: Unlimited Sighting Shots in five minutes followed by cease fire and target repair.
Slow Prone 50 yards: Ten shots fired from the prone position, loaded five cartridges at a time, in ten minutes.
Rapid Prone 50 yards: (2) Five shot strings, 25 seconds per string. Competitors may begin from prone or standing position.
Slow Sitting 50 yards: Ten shots fired from the sitting or kneeling position, loaded five cartridges at a time, in ten minutes.
Rapid Sitting 50 yards: (2) Five shot strings, 25 seconds per string. Competitors may begin from sitting or standing position.
Slow Fire Standing 25 yards: Ten shots fired from the standing position, loaded five cartridges at a time, in ten minutes.
Rapid Fire Standing 25 yards: (2) five shot strings fired in 25 seconds each string, from the standing position.
NOTE: Bolt rifle competitors get 5 additional seconds (30) for the rapid fire strings.
CLASSIFICATION: Based upon sights and rifle utilized.
AWARDS: None, possibly a pin to the match winner, if available. Sometimes donuts are present for participating.
GENERAL INFO: If heavy rainfall is predicted the day before the match call 270-210-6742 for condition of the range prior to travel. For complete rules and explanations of the match visit the CMP website. Food is not available on the range. The Match Director reserves the right to alter the match schedule in accordance with weather conditions, range conditions, or number of competitors. Several motels and restaurants are available just off I24 at exits 7, 3 & 4. Exit 4 is the exit for highway US 60, the Kentucky Oaks Mall, and the WalMart Super Center. Exit 7 is the Lone Oak/ Lourdes Hospital exit.
